Every effort is made to ensure the client receives the highest quality of semen but no responsibility for damage or condition of semen or container can be accepted by the stud once it has left the stud whilst in transit.

Please give the stud as much notice as possible regarding semen requirement: No later than 11am the day prior to insemination. The stud ordinarily ships via Royal Mail (Special Delivery: Guaranteed 9am Next Day).
N.B. deliveries on Sundays or Mondays are not possible via this method. Alternative delivery arrangements can be made for these days but the costs incurred will be fully charged to the mare owner. Collection in person is available any day.

Semen shippers/equitainers remain the property of the stud and the mare owner agrees to return them to the stud, in their entirety and via a suitable method. A replacement cost of £35 will be charged for shippers/equitainers not received back within a reasonable time or in a suitable condition.
